In areas where there is no microwave for heating, consider choosing a lunch box with heat preservation properties. To identify whether the heat preservation performance of the lunch box is good, you can pour hot water into the lunch box, close the lid tightly, and touch the surface of the lunch box with your hands after 3-5 minutes. If the surface becomes obviously hot, it means that the heat preservation performance of the lunch box is not good.

In addition to insulated lunch boxes, there are now many lunch boxes that can be heated, which can be heated quickly without destroying the flavor of the food. The disadvantage is that some heated lunch boxes have many devices and are inconvenient to carry. They need to be connected to a power source for heating. They are also relatively restricted and even unsafe.
